The family types the code in the app and the teacher accepts the request in her inbox. All she sees of the child is a nickname: no last names, no ID documents.
3. Studying dinosaurs this week? There's a dinosaur course.
The teacher types the topic and her kids' age; Flumbi builds a short course, runs it through the child-safety filter and she assigns it to her classes.

The dashboard groups the mistakes several kids keep repeating and lists who hasn't logged in for days, with a message ready to copy and send to the family.

Nothing about a child is processed without their guardian's permission, and the family can download or delete their data.
AI without the child's data
To create activities, only the topic, the level and the subject are sent. Never who the child is.
Safety filter
Every new activity goes through a child-safety filter. If it doesn't pass, it never reaches the child.

Any activity can be reported from the app so we can review it. And we don't sell data. Ever.

Do we need to install anything or buy devices?
No. Flumbi Educators runs in the browser, at educators.flumbi.com, and kids use the app on Android or on the web. The classroom computer or the family's phone will do.
What language is it in?
Flumbi and Flumbi Educators are in Spanish. Reading is taught in Spanish, and English is taught as a second language for kids who speak Spanish.
What student data can teachers see?
The child's nickname and their progress: what they learned this week, the mistake they repeat most and their level in each subject. Teachers don't see full names, ID documents or location.
Who is responsible for the data?
For its students' data, the school is the data controller and HEYNIXO processes it on the school's behalf, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012. We agree on this in writing with the school before we start.
What ages is it for?
For kids ages 5 to 11, in reading, math and English. With each school we review how it fits their curriculum.
How much time a week does it take?
Short sessions of about 15 minutes, a few times a week. That's enough for the dashboard to start showing where each child gets stuck.
Can teachers create their own content?
Yes. They type a topic and their kids' age, and Flumbi builds a short course, checked by the child-safety filter, that they can assign to their classes.
What does the pilot include?
For 2026 we're proposing one school term at no cost, support during setup, a short training for teachers and a results report at the end, with limited spots. We'll confirm the terms with you when we talk.
